Our ComCanaria Mobil is in use for you throughout Gran Canary Island. We pick up your defective device, bring it to our technology and repair center and then deliver it to you again fully functional and in compliance with current hygiene standards.

How can I use the ComCanaria Ride & Repair Service?

1. Write an email to fixit@comcanaria.com and send the following information:

– The serial number of the device

– Your address and contact details (particularly important for collection and return: your telephone number)

– The problem of the device

2. We will get in touch and collect the device from your home or office. We charge EUR 2,- per Kilometer Of course we pick up and return at the specified safety distance of 1.5 m.

3. We repair your device in our technology center.

4. We will get back to you and bring your device back to you, hygienically cleaned and at above stated safe distance.

5. Done!
